emoticon you have a great start, but don't try to change too many things, too fast or you can become overwhelmed. take baby steps, becoming more and more comfortable with each change. We are changing our lifestyle, not a diet. We want to be healthy for the rest of our lives.

Lord, bless my diet buddies and help me met my weight goals

Well after a long hiatus and a few cheeseburgers in between. I "manned up" for my first day back in the gym. I said I was going to take it easy, but I just kept going oddly enough after loathing the thought for several weeks. I was afraid that I am facing the miserable fact of my real condition. So I have 52 pounds to lose in 6 mo. Lofty? Maybe, but I want to say I tried anyway. I am very determined and I have a trainer that is very motivating. Wish you all well on reaching your goals this year. Love to hear from you!
