I got some of Richards types but they are VHS and machines are hard to find anymore. I really like Richard Oldies but Goodies and other tapes

Hi I am new here I bought some of Richard Simmons workouts and love them! They are so much fun to do. The only issue I have is keeping myself motivated to consistently do them daily or even every other day. I am looking for an accountability buddy I just need help .It saddens me I don't know what happened to my motivation..Davii

I just found this team when I was trying to search to track my minutes (60) Calories for doing Sweating to the oldies 2. I have a full set.1-4. Does anyone have this info to add to my spark people tracker?

hi everyone i,m kathy just join this group i,m been in sparks march i just got richards dvd sweatin to the oldies. the one that has it,s my party and the other dvd is sweatin to the oldies 3 song to do you want to dance . it,s the 20th anniverary edition by time life. looks good. and i got a pedometer again today my old one quit. so that was my shopping day. kathy

Hi all, I'm new to the Team tonight!!! Haven't seen it till now or I woulda been here alot sooner!! I love dancing and I have a couple of the Sweatin to the Oldies video's, haven't had the chance to use them yet because I'm currently living at my parents with my son so that makes 5 of us here now and nowhere to use the vid.!! But my cousin wants to use them with me as I started a challenge to lose 25lbs by March 31st...As RISHDALE knows *wink* so we'll be using them soon enough!! w00t!! Welcome Lisa.

I have some of the Blast Off tapes too and use them during the week when I don't have much time.

The only exercises I do are Richard's tapes (including his tonin ones) because they are the only ones that I have found not to be boring.

Hi, my name is Lisa. I am new to SP and to this page. I like to workout to Richard Simmons because he is very motivational. I recently picked up some new VHS tapes at a local discount store. They are the from the "Blast Off" series, I think. Anyway, I like them because they are a little shorter than the Sweatin' ones and include some AB work (even though I don't like AB work, it is short enough to keep my attention). Anyway, hope to get to know you all on my quest...
