Aw shoot, sorry to hear about the lipid profile. I'm on a statin, unfortunately, but some of my cholesterol problem is familial - my mom was 5'4" and weighed 105 lbs, and she had high cholesterol

That is a busy schedule. I know that when I went back to school and worked I reached my all time heaviest.
I am back at Sparks now trying to find more motivation and incentive.
My lipid panel from last week is pretty scary.

I am not skilled to understand what GOD has willed what GOD has planned I only know at his right hand stands one who is my SAVIOR

Working and studying the way you must be doing makes it hard to find time for anything else. I went back for a new, more employable degree when I turned 38. And, I gained 20 pounds. Do try to get out to walk, even if just a little, and make sure you have good, supportive shoes. Just looking outside your job and studies can help you find your center. And it's Summer, don't miss out!

Hey everybody, I'm 32 and live in Grand Forks. I'm a full-time student at UND going for my second Bachelors Degree and work almost full time at my job. I'm honestly at my heaviest weight ever (334). I've actually lost 3 pounds since Saturday because I'm just TIRED of this! I'm flying to Nashville for my job in August and I'm petrified about fitting into the airline seats. I'm finally doing it for ME. I tried doing it so I could find a good boyfriend but that never worked. Every time I've tried to do this for appearance, I'm not motivated. I do have a very supportive boyfriend who tells me no matter what I'm beautiful and he's very supportive of whatever I do. He is stationed in Hawaii though (super jealous). I'm not very physically active. I want to start walking and wouldn't mind possibly starting up walking with somebody, eventually. Same reason I won't join a gym- I'm embarrassed that I get tired out quickly. This is turning into one long introduction! I figure putting my issues out there is making me self aware of them and it'll help! :-) Thanks for reading!
