You are one busy lady but REMEMBER you must take time out for yourself. Like Lor said...for the start of exercising...make it fun and play outside hard with your boys. Always start small and then increase your time in whatever you choose for exercise. Even with healthy foods, make the switch a little at a time and soon you will be on that journey to healthy living for your boys and yourself.

Hey Welcome to Team ND.
Come chat with us in our forums so we can get to know you.
My advice for a start is to get out in our nice springy weather and play hard with those boys for exercise to get your self started.
You are going to have to multi task a bit to fit everything in in your busy life.

I am not skilled to understand what GOD has willed what GOD has planned I only know at his right hand stands one who is my SAVIOR

I am looking forward to obtaining some advice and/or tips on making a life style change for my family and I. I am 36 years old and the mother of four beautiful boys. While that does keep me busy I am also a first grade teacher and am taking classes online to complete another degree. Over the last ten years the pounds have just kept piling on and with an ever busy schedule I have not done much about it. I would be open to getting any tips or advice for making a life style change with such a busy life but a much needed change. I not only want to lose weight but get healthy for my wonderful family. Thanks a bunch!
