You really don't need diet stuff...just healthy food. Do your grocery shopping on the perimeter of the grocery store...where the fresh veggies and fruit are, protein. Most of the stuff in the middle aisles are where the high calories are. Try not to look at it as diet, but rather changing your eating to make your body as healthy as you can. You're fueling your "machine" with proper fuel and it will perform better for those long crazy hours you keep. You can do it!

i always think i will start losing weight tomorrow or next week! I need help! I have to start NOW! i am 24 years old and am very uncomfortable with myself! I work an average of 55 to 60 hours a week plus school! I dont have alot of money to spend on "diet" stuff! I need motivation!!! Please any advice!!
