The best tip I can give is to get a lot of fruits and vegetables and get them clean and ready immeadiately. I find if that is the case I am very likely to default to that for snacks.
It takes a change in thought and schedule. I find if fruits and veggies are there and ready meals fall into place. Not hard to steam a peice of fish or saute a chicken breast and set a salad and fruit out for a meal.

I am not skilled to understand what GOD has willed what GOD has planned I only know at his right hand stands one who is my SAVIOR

I'm a graphics designer, work 2 jobs, literally 14 hrs a day in front of a computer. I do make time to lift weights, run, walk and bike as much as my schedule will allow. I've lost inches in the past few months however I have very unhealthy eating habits and lack of sleep. I have never been good at cooking so am finding it hard to cook healthy as I'm not accustomed to this way of living. I am open to any suggestions or tips. Thank you.
