I really love sparkpeople.
If you follow through and stay in your ranges for calories, carbs, fat, and protein and if you do the cardio and the strength training, you will lose weight (unless of course you have a thyroid problem or some other health condition that prevents you from losing weight, in which case I would recommend seeing a doctor)
It's been very helpful for me and I think I may actually be in the process of changing my life.
This site has a lot to offer. Take advantage of it. :)

I just started Sparkpeople less than 2 weeks ago, so I am hopeful that I will have the support I need to lose weight and just be healthier! Good luck to you! :)

Hey there my name is Shay, i'm a server at a restraunt here in town. This is my second time using spark. the first time i didnt use any of the community or even the fitness so this time around i'm trying to give it my all...here's to hopin...somthings gotta change in my life because i'm loosing hope!
