Welcome. Sparks is a great place to meet friends and lose weight. Make sure you track your food and exericse every day...whenever I don't is when I gain weight back. If you have any questions about looking around, I'll be glad to try to help. I hear you loud and clear about the food up here...you forgot to mention the carmel rolls and dumplings and all those other good ole' foods that aren't good for us.

Day one, way to go!

Hi everyone! I am new to this... I am not sure what I am doing or where to begin. I have no idea how to eat healthy... being from here, I was raised on meat and taters, lol I need all the help I can get! I need a person to check in with daily.... I think.. LOL
