Hi Carla :)

I graduated from VC and my mom, sister, and most of my husband's family still live there. I currently live in Moorhead.

I also REALLY love food. Have you used the Recipe Calculator at all? I know that really helps me, since I enjoy cooking as well. I can put everything in there and divide it into portions and not feel as deprived. Try portioning out your food before you eat, and putting them in individuals tupperwares, that way you know how many calories is in each container.

There are also a lot of great recipes on here to try.

Another thing I do is try and take a drink of water between every bite at meals...kind of silly, but it slows me down and helps me feel fuller.

Don't know if any of that is helpful or unsolicited advice, but welcome :)

Hello, I have tried Nutria System with not a whole lot of luck. I feel so bad that I couldn't do it. I really enjoy food. So, I have been walking and I joined Curves and that really seems to do some good. I feel wonderful after I have done the circa but then I get home after work and eat alot at supper.. I am not married so I don't have anyone to tell me to not eat so much. but I am going to keep working out. My sister in law told me about the SparkTeam so this is going to be big help. Thank you carla.
