emoticon on the 80 pounds you've lost so for and emoticon losing the last 30. Eating too few calories is a common mistake when trying to lose weight. I hope you find the nutrition tracker helpful in getting in the right number of calories for a healthy weight loss program and in getting the right balance of carbs, fats and proteins.

I just joined SP and am looking forward to the added incentives to lose weight. I have lost 80 pounds since last February but am now maintaining about 30 pounds from my goal weight. I realized I was too limiting on my calories and should be tracking my intake so here I am. I look forward to talking with others who are trying to live a healthy life. kadebrkary
