Hi RDNECGIRL ... welcome to Spark People and the Spark North Dakota team. Here is a link to the page I thing you're looking for. It's actually called the "Nutrition Tracker" ... log in your food and it will add up your calories for you. It also tracks carbs, proteins and fats to show you how balanced your diet is. You can add other things to the nutrition tracker as well. I track sodium and fiber in addition to the "standard" items the tracker automatically keeps track of for you.
