emoticon EHAAGENSON emoticon to Spark People and the Spark North Dakota team. As Dianne said, we're a small group ... lots of members but not many posters. I belong to several teams and get most of my weight loss motivation from them, and like this team for checking in with my "neighbors".

emoticon in finding out why you keep sabotaging your weight loss efforts. There are many great articles on weight loss, including articles on why we eat and how to change those behaviors.

Hi, and welcome to the ND team. As you can probably tell, we're a pretty small group. I hope you've checked out and found some groups of interest to join. They really are helpful for motivation and just friendship. I think most of us have been in the up and down stages of health life-styles. That constant challenge must be what keeps us going. Good luck to you.

I have been at war with myself most of my life. I would like to stop that now. I would like to live the rest of my life healthy and not afraid to eat food. I have lost alot of weight in my life, but somehow manage to gain alot back. How? by eating all the time and not really sitting down and eating a healthy well balanced meal. I look forward to the support and I hope I can give some back. Today is going to be a good day!!!
