I am also in Minot. Terrie our Team leader will be greeting you soon too. Everyone is busy I'm sure getting ready for the big day tomorrow. You joined at a good time. A hint... even if you are having a big meal tomorrow, do the small serving of each thing you really like and enjoy it slowly. I plan to try do the same thing. It's never easy when everything is so good and family is all around. We all try to be very supportive. Spark People has a lot of tools to use. The Food tracker is one of the most helpful items for me. Have a good Thanksgiving.

Hello everyone, My name is Miranda Lafloe.. I live in Minot, North Dakota... I have four beautiful children, an 11 year old, 8 year old, 4 year old and a 10 month old, one boy, three girls.. Im also engaged to a wonderful man, Michael Wright Jr, who is currently active duty in the US Air Force..

I heard of this program from my boss at work, so im here to get help with my weight loss.. Right now im very depressed about my weight, and not comfortable with myself and I hope to change these feelings as the days go by.. I really want to make this change by my birthday which is June 21st, so please give me any ideas that you may have that will help....
