emoticon " I can do it" ... emoticon to the Spark North Dakota team. You were making a pretty common mistake. A lot of people under eat for the amount of exercising they are doing when they first start out. It goes against their instincts to eat more when they are trying to lose weight.

emoticon in reaching your goals. There is a lot of great information here. The longer you stick around the more you learn. There is a lot to be said for the support every one gives each other too.

So im new to this site. I've been tryin to lose the baby weight for 10mo. now with no luck. I just joined this site and have already discovered that my thinking has been all wrong! I've been sticking to a 1200 cal. diet and workin out every chance i get. I now realize i need to eat between 1500-1800! Thats gonna be hard! Hope i can do it!!!
