Hello Kris! My weight is similar to yours so I know hard it is to stay focused. Don't worry about slipping up last month because there's nothing you can do to change that now. I am a stress eater too and I try to take my dog for a walk when I feel like I want to eat. You have lost a good deal of weight! Hang in there. You know you can do this! emoticon

My name is Kris, I'm from the foothills of NC. When I first started my weight loss journey I weighed 286 at my heaviest. At my lowest I've found my way down to 243. But last month I slipped up, got off track and my bad habits have sent me into a tail spin weighing in at 248. I've allowed stress to take over and stress eating has began again. I am trying to regain my focus and determination to get back on track and start taking back control of my weight and most importantly my health.
