Welcome to the team. Just make small changes in your daily routine, start with something simple like replacing sugary drinks with water & work up to 8 cups of water per day. Once you have adapted a new healthy habit, then you can add a 2nd, etc

Hi,

Live in Brevard, NC. Need to lose alot of weight. You'd think being retired would make it easy, but it's not. I have Type II diabetes, depression and now found out my thyroid is failing. Any support would be appreciated.

I live in a wonderful area for healthy eating and outdoor activity. Working to take advantage of these things. Trying to stay positive.
