emoticon Lots of good ideas in the Spark People recipes. Go to recipes for low sugar or go to the Diabetic and ask for breakfast recipes.

Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves; do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others. Phil 2:3-4.

I'm struggling with the same thing, only I'm having trouble figuring out dinner, as well. I mean, I know I can have a piece of some type of protein and a green veggie or salad, but I'm at the stage of life where I want someone to give me 3 weeks of meal plans with recipes included - that my family will eat - and that won't adversely affect our blood sugar or my husband's heart condition. If I could get that, we'd eat the same 21 meals over and over again to keep things simple. I've even been to dieticians and they give me "guidelines" but not the specific help I need.

Good luck in your search.

I am now introducing myself to LOW GLYCEMIC food choices.
Does anyone have good ideas about breakfast choices and lunch. I can figure out the evening meals ok.
What about snacks?????????
What about GOOD salad dressings either to make or already prepared?????
