Exercise, like any other task, will take a good 3 weeks until it becomes a habit! Dedicate yourself to working out for 3 solid weeks. After that, you should begin to feel like it's part of your daily routine, and missing it would be like not brushing your teeth for the day!
Working out, is more than getting on the treadmill, or bike, or elliptical! Go over to the dumbbell rack, and pick up a pair of 5 lb weights. You can always look around to see what other people do with them, or better yet, check out Coach Nicole's videos! Most of the time, other people are NOT staring at you! They're too much into their own routines! If you need help, as one of the onsite trainers to give you a few pointers! The biggest hurdle is the one that you don't overcome!
Get out there, and strength train! emoticon

Hi Everyone :-) Just starting out again to lose 50 lbs for a second time Lost the weight over a year ago and gained it back after a bad breakup but im back and determined to get it done this time :-)Exercise is my hardest obstacle !
