Thanks so much!!! My biggest problem comes from getting up frequently during the night!!! I did great yesterday with my exercise and eating but from 11pm to 5 a.m I got up about 5 times with the toddler and snatched a mini donut (or 2) each time!! Not Good. Its like my judgement goes straight out the window when I'm groggy.

Hi!, I am a stay at home mom of 2, with 3 step children (grown). I am trying to lose 10 more pounds, I've lost 8 so far! WE have horses and love to ride, I enjoy cooking and spending time with my family. My biggest challenge is eating when I'm tired and anxious. I still get up a lot during the night with our toddler and feel tired very often! I am starting the year out very positive and hope to find some encouragement here to meet my weight loss goal and maintain a healthy weight!
