Good Morning :)

Hi I'm Bobbie. I am not new to SP but returning after a long hiatus. I had great success with SP in the past and I need that again since life had knocked me down but I finally got back up and ready to get back on track. At my heaviest I weighed over 260lbs and over the course of three years I lost 112lbs. In the last year I have gained 32 of those pounds back.

To get back on track I have started running again, I was up to running 25+miles a weeks but I have slacked considerably so I am starting from scratch again to avoid injury, Using the First Day to 5K program again and I am doing four 30 Day Challenges (plank, pushup, crunches and squats). I am working on my eating but right now I having difficulty with this cause of stress and anxiety. I have made an effort to stock the fridge with healthier food choices so when I do veg out it isn't on high calorie foods. My logic is the calories don't add up as fast.

I currently live in MI and have lived here my whole life but I am relocating to NC the end of this month. This is causing a great deal of stress for me which means stress eating :( I had actually never even been to NC until November when my boyfriend had go to there for a job and I didn't want to come home.

Looking to meet some friends from NC and hopefully someone that may even be close to where I'm moving to. Not sure exactly where other than Nash Co. Second area of stress for me, trying to secure a place to live from 800 miles away.

Now that I have rambled on and bored you to death, I hope to meet some wonderful friends :)

Have a wonderful day!
