Welcome to the team. I have hit a big bump in the road the last few weeks. I have gain alot of my weight back. So I know how you feel. But we have to count that in the past and move forward. I have started today.

Love your Spark name, Penny.

Anything you can do and stick to, religiously, even if it's only a baby step of 5 mins, will work miracles in your life. You will build consistency. You know Chris Downie's story? He started by doing 10 mins a day.

FlyLady says if you can't do 10, do 8. If you can't do 8, do 6. If you can't do 6, do 5. If you can't do . . . . you get the picture.

I do mine by walking, and am going to do 30 mins every day in Sept as a way to get back on track. That's my baby step goal.

Here's a lady who had been overweight her entire adult life, like me, had dieted and given up like me, and took it off in her 40s. She lost a SHOCKING 140lbs . . . by WALKING. She has kept it off for 7+ years and is now a highly paid motivational speaker. You and I, we could be next!!!

May I suggest INDYGIRL'S TEAM since she has lost a lot of weight and is a great motivator. She has a new group starting Sept. 1 and I am getting into that.
Adorable grandkids, love them lots as they grow up sooo quickly! Our oldest leaves today for college!
Remember, you CAN do this!

Penny, I am right there with you. I do the same thing, I am married , have two daughter and a little granddaughter , that I want to be around for a while to see. I know I need to lose weigh and make myself healthy. Welcome to the team

My name is Penny and I live in Kernersville, NC. I've been a single mother of 1 most of my life and now I'm a grandmother of 2. I am still single, a loner, and an emotional eater. I have to get rid of this weight before it kills me. I have over 100 pounds to lose and I want to be here to see my grandchildren grow up. I lose, hit a bump in the road and gain. Tired of this roller coaster.
