Hi Judy,
I have been a "dieter" for more than 64 years and I have always gained the weight back promptly after losing it.
Now,, for the last 5 years, I practice "healthy living", lost weight, and keep it off. But we always ate healthy foods!!! But I found that tracking foods and exercise are the two most important things I can do.
AND having wonderful Spark Teams and Spark Friends to keep you motivated is the "icing on the cake".

Welcome! Motivation is something we all flounder with on occasion. I know for me I have to continually re-focus my goals & strategy, it's too easy to fall off the wagon, but when we get back on it, that's the biggest step we can take. Hi everyone!

Well, here I go again...dieting! I am hoping I can find the motivation I need to be successful this time. I seem to lose on "whatever" diet, but after about 20+ pounds, I get slack and before you know it, I've gained it all back!
