Hi and welcome, GOTTAFLY! We're glad to have you on the team. Congrats on joining a gym - sounds like you're on a good track! For help with meals, you could check out the SparkRecipes.com section under the Articles & Videos tab on the orange toolbar near the top of the page.

Also, when you get a chance, you may want to set up a Spark page of your own. That way, other members can "friend" you, leave encouraging comments on your page, and send you a Spark Goodie now and then. It's a fun and motivational way to connect with others who share your challenges and goals.

The Nutrition and Fitness trackers under the My Trackers tab are invaluable. You should be able to log in lots of fitness minutes by going to the gym. And tracking everything you eat and drink can really help you see what you're doing right and also what and how you can make changes to get better results.

Good Morning!
I have been browsing the site for several weeks and finally decided to join! I'm a 56 year old woman living in NC and I have 50 lbs to lose. To this end I have joined a gym and I'm taking classes there 6 times a week. I do need support and am looking for like-minded people! I can use help with meals (that my husband will also eat!) as well as maybe pumping up my exercise routine. I look forward to meeting yall!
