Sounds like you have come to the right place for healthy living!
Spark says no woman should ever eat less than 1200 calories a day. Exercise is important but can't burn all the calories we eat.

SparkPeople has all the tools you need. Although your weight loss happened quickly, know that changing to a healthy lifestyle an be a slow process. The best place to start is on your Start Page. There is a Site Guide tab at the top of the page where you will find a Guide to Getting Started. It should answer your questions regarding eating right and wor out.

Hello Everyone, My name is Mrs.Miller and I am new to Sparkpeople! I recently lost 45 pounds on a strick food plan within 4months. I Thank God for my weight lost and the food plan. As you know when you lose weight fast ...you gain it back even faster. I need to know whats next, where do I go now, how to keep the weight off without depriving myself ( very stressfull), and how often to workout. I just want living healthy (eating right & workingout) to be second nature for me. I am just ready for a whole new life,.. Radical Newness! I am ready to let go of the lose weight quick schems, and learn the true meaning of health and fitness!
