You're welcome! I like the Spark exercise videos because they have short aerobic ones that I can do sitting down - I would never have believed I could get an aerobic workout sitting down, but I did! They have them for ALL fitness levels, no matter whether you're a beginner or advanced. Good luck and have fun! There's a lot to see and do on Spark!

Hi and welcome new members! Spark is a wonderful site. Just to give you a quick overview - most everything you need to know is on the orange tabbed toolbar near the top of the page. The Nutrition and Fitness trackers under the "My Trackers" tab are invaluable. Under the "Healthy Lifestyle" tab, you'll find an overview of the "SparkDiet," which will explain the four stages of the Spark journey. Spark isn't really a diet - it's a lifestyle change. The idea is to make small changes (take baby steps) one or two at a time, and once those become healthy habits that your body is used to, then add another change. That way, you won't become overwhelmed and the changes will become lifelong healthy habits.

There are exercise videos for every fitness level under the Healthy Lifestyles tab. For instant inspiration, try reading some of the Success Stories under the Community tab.
