Hi and welcome! One fantastic way to get support and encouragement is to create your own Spark Page. That way, other members can "friend" you, leave encouraging comments on your page, and send you a Spark Goodie now and then.

Also, in addition to this team, there are teams for just about any activity, hobby, or medical condition that you may be interested in - there is even a team for "Half-Marathoners" and "Sparky Marathoners." Just go to the Community tab on the toolbar above and choose SparkTeams from the drop down menu and then type in the word "Marathon" in the search box (if you're interested, and haven't already done so.)

I am a mom of 2 kids 7 & 6 I do in home daycare and I am trying to get back in shape shed a few pounds and train for my first half marathon in April! I am looking for support and encouragement!! I hope everyone has a great new years day!!
