Hi! I want to run too :) I had a few set backs and as the pounds keep creeping back on, I'm getting scared back to reality. SP is the best place on earth for positive support and encouragement.

Hi and welcome! As I'm sure you know, SparkPeople is a great place to find all the resources you need to pursue a healthier lifestyle. There's a wealth of information, tools, and resources available on the toolbar near the top of the page. My favorite tool is the Nutrition Tracker and my favorite motivational resource is the support I receive and give on the teams I joined. I find that the more I post and respond to others, the more encouragement I receive.

Check out the exercise videos (for every fitness level) under the "Healthy Lifestyle" tab on the toolbar. For instant motivation, read Success Stories under the "Community" tab. As you probably already know, you can journal on SparkPeople privately and blog publicly. Both are great ways to get in touch with your feelings and write about your journey.

Hi everyone. I used to have an account here on SP in early 2012. I don't remember what my username was. I stopped using the site but have decided to give it another try. I have continued on the journey I started here. I have had some setbacks, but I believe I can now start my exercise plan over with a new plan of attack. Maybe this time I'll get to where I want to be.
