Keep up the hard work! As you know from your experience, exercise and sports are a great way to de-stress and feel pride in your accomplishments. It's easy to take those things for granted when you're younger. Congrats on getting back on track.

I was a college athlete and am now a college softball coach....I was in incredible shape in hs as i ran XC and played softball.. and in college played softball...When i graduated I started gaining ALOT of wieght due to alot fo things and i just always felt sry for myself.. I started playing softball again competitivly and hated how out of shape i turning point came in December when i realized how am i to ask my athletes to miles..and workout hours a day when i cant do the same.. how do i expect them to eat clean and respect their bodies when i am drinking pepsi everyday and emotionally binging....I ordered the Turbo fire program from beach body and am starting it Monday 2/6. I want to be healthier.. i am currently 5'3 and weigh 214 and am a size 14....All i want is to be the super confident person i used to be, who was comfortable in her own skin.. i want a bikini again!!! I am here to stay accountable and find support!!!
