I agree, you have to make up your mind first! Evaluate what you want to accomplish.

Want to improve your exercise? Take the first step, then go on to the second, the third and on .....

Want to improve your eating habits? Choose one thing to focus on. What is your problem area? Need more freggies, concentrate on getting all your servings. Or tracking, or fiber, or water etc.

It's all about taking small steps and gaining some confidence as the steps become successful and larger.

It's all in the mind. You HAVE to put your mind to work before it will let your body get moving.

Ask yourself......
Do you still want to be at this weight come summer? If not, get moving!

Hello, I have been on sparkpeople since November but never have done anything like this. I have hit a slump in my weight loss due to the holidays, the cold and nasty weather, and lack of motovation. Does anyone have any suggestions how to get restarted? I read other post and they inspire but I have just not been able to get going.
