Welcome to the team.
As the team name suggests a persons diet can be entirely flexible.
We eat a lot of fish and veges in our household but periodically have days when we are eating meat.
I am part of the challenge to have 2 vegetarian or vegan days per week, but have not been too successful with this over the Xmas period.

A quick 'about me'. Joined SP in 2007 for a year and lost 15 lbs which was great when we moved back to the US for our respective deployments. However our transition, moves, building a home, new jobs, adding puppies, and considering starting a small business has taken a toll on me (and I think him, too :)

We eat white meat during the week with our dinner veggie plates/salads (a change we made in January 2014) We eat fish at least 1x week and a red meat 1x week. Why here? Because I want to keep accountable and do more with our lunches.

Look forward to enjoying this group.
