emoticon I know for me my biggest issue is watching the fat and the sodium. Keep those low and I seem to lose the weight on a steady basis. Maybe that's what will work for you too.

I have a life-long struggle with weight. I gain, then get serious and loose it only to have it creep back. I tried a vegetarian diet but gained more weight than when o my regular diet. Most of my weight loss and maintenance success over the years has been with a low carb/high protein type diet. With the vegetarian diet I found myself using more cheese and eggs and grain products. Even health whole grains can rack up the pounds. For these reasons, I decided that perhaps the part-time vegetarian may work for me. Of course, tracking and monitoring those carbs, fats, proteins and fiber is still very necessary for me.
