hi there all... im knockin on 30's door and with this comes reflection. i live in houston, texas and love it! i have no kids but i am mother to a great dane and a lab.... im not single but not married and im trying to get over this image of myself. its been YEARS since high school and i find that im constantly thinkin i should be this 100 pound hottie from 1998.. i mean really.... just nuts right... im currently about 25 pounds over weight... dont care so much about the workouts.. i enjoy that.. but cant seem to change my tastebuds... im such a picky eater.. i dont eat "healthy" things... never have.. have tried everything and because i dont have a taste for it, its short lived.. recently the last 11 days, i have cut out carbonation PERIOD.. thats helping... i have also TRIED to cut out alcohol... i seem to do better during the week as im scheduled at work and can bring the correct lunch daily... weekends i dont eat much but when i do its usually not the best... i justify it by saying that i have worked hard "in the yard" or have been cleaning vigorously... whatever. i know thats just excuses.. would be nice to get down even more then 25 pounds but think thats a long shot for me.... any suggestions, motivation or support is greatly appreciated as im really ready and trying to make a lifestyle change and not just a yo-yo diet.... i really would love to turn 30 in a sexy coctail dress to wow my hunny and those closest to me....! thanks...
