Hello my name is Bridgette, I am 36 and have 3 furbabies and my non-hubs (we have been together for 20 yrs, just not married) . I have just started to get back on track this week. I have 33 pounds to lose (goal is 135). My struggles are getting in activity, I sit in a office chair for 7+ hours a day. I just ordered that spark DVD's and I love the WATP dvd's, I just need to NOT make excuses. I also get easily burned out on logging food, I am trying to log a day ahead this time and then make changes if needed. So far I am liking doing it this way. I pack my lunch the evening before and it helps me plan if I need to thaw or shop for dinner. I also want to give up drinking diet soda....I am down to less than 3 day which is a big change for me. Each week I am going to try and drop that number down.
I also need to really focus on fat arms and big thighs......ohhhhhhhhhhh........
I am so happy to find this group.....not that I don't love my pals with kiddos...but it is nice to meet and hang-out with people that have the same lifestyle as yourself :)

Hi! My name is Jesi, I just turned thirty this month, life in Michigan with my boyfriend, dog and two cats. I have tried dieting and exercise several times over the last 10-12 years with no success. I'll do really well for a few days or so then it's right back to where I started. However, I have never had to be accountable to anyone but myself so that's what I'm looking. I checked into weight watchers and things like that before hearing about Spark...and decided this option would be what worked best for me. I look forward to meeting people and starting this crazy journey.
