Welcome! My advice is to not start too many new changes all at once. It will make it hard to stick to it all. Start slow and keep at it. Also, start trying exercise programs to see what fits you best. I'm a Zumba Instructor, so I preach Zumba, but I highly recommend giving one of those classes a shot! It turned over a brand new leaf for me and got me out of my poor me depression.

Welcome. I started by reading the Spark. It's available through the SparkPeople store. I found it motivational. You'll probably get a lot of good tips from it. It will walk you through the process of a successful life style change which will result in weight loss.

Hello everyone,
Today is my first day. Like many people, I have tried to lose weight many times and have always gained it back. I am frustrated with myself and need to do what I know needs to be done. I need strength to get going. Can anyone give me some tips to motivate me? Thanks!
