Hello! I'm so glad to meet you all. I'm new to this group and looking to lose 6oLbs of stubborn fat myself. I've never been married and have no children of my own as well. Hopefully we can use this as a useful tool towards our weight loss goals and help eachother along the way too. Thanks everyone. emoticon

You can try and try, but if you don''t put your full potential into it you will fail.

I am Monica. I am turning 31 in early April. I am constantly busy with college for another year in order to get my bachlors. I have multiple disibilities and allergies (food and non-food). Losing weight has been difficult for me for the past 10 years. I try and it is a yo yo affect and sometimes I just maintain. Just the past six or seven months on average I lost 1 pound. I am sure tat part of this is lack of confedence, stress, anxiety, knowledge, the amount of time I need to focus on schoolwork, and energy level. At school I tend to eat what I can there (do to my allergies) regularly throughout the day in order to keep me awake.

Hi! I'm Shannon, I just turned 32 a month ago and I have been stuck in a serious rut. It is wearing me down. I'm trying SP to try and light a spark and stop the downward spiral of this nowhere train. I know that if I do not do something about this, I'm going to get frustrated and quit. I've been on the same 3 lbs up and down for the last 6 months.

I really want this so I can be happy again. I've been married for 12 years and we have been unable to conceive which is driving me batty. I know that it is partially because of the weight and I know the depression from not being successful is fueling the weight issue. I just need to break through.
