Way to go on getting your A1c down! I've learned that the more weight you lose, the easier it is to get that number down.

Sometimes it takes less to be more.

It is good that it is coming down. If you are not already working with a dietician you should ask your doctor for a referral for a diabetes dietician appointment. The dietician will help you fit a diet to your lifestyle and to your diabetes needs. Don't forget to exercise! Then your next A1c will be even lower. It is hard work (learning about diabetes, healthy eating, exercise, and medication) but with diligence you can bring your diabetes under control and get your A1c under 6.5.

My last A1c in Feb was 6.2 and my next A1c will be next week.

Great news. I don't know how I did it but in February my A1c was 11.6. In May it was 9.3. I wish I knew what I did. Hee-hee. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Do Not Worry

6:25-33 pp—Lk 12:22-31

Mt 6:25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes?
