I've had to stop as I went too heavy too soon and wound up with shoulder bursitis. I'm on recovery and my hope it that on the 9th September (we move house the 5th) I want to start Chalean Extreme just in time to finish it 30th December in time for starting the new year looking fabulous. Does anybody have any experience with doing it again after an injury like this? I'm going to just use super light weights for the whole thing and not do push-ups on the floor, i'll do them on the wall as per physio recommendations. I can't wait as I feel so wide without my workout and so weak too!

I have one child Poppy born 27.11.2009

I'm a faster, but I am working out what works for me, if you're into fasting come and check out my sparkteam "Fasting for fat loss" http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/groups_
