I'm new to this team too but not to SP. I track these workouts as circuit training in the cardio section.

Hey everyone,

I am new to this team and to Chalene extreme. I did my second workout today. I had been using turbo fire about a year ago, but rather sporadically and not as I should have because of the length of some of the videos, I needed a shorter workout because of personal time restraints. Anyway, with turbo fire I could use my HR monitor to track calories burned, but strength training is very different. Though I am sweating and I know working hard, it is difficult to use an HR monitor because it won't be at all accurate. . How do you guys track these workouts?
