Hello!

I hope you don't mind me crashing your team, as I personally do not have gastroparesis. But my husband does. He was diagnosed in 2009 following living that entire year on nothing but ensure shakes, a $30,000 hospital stay, and months of testing him for everything under the sun. He has been too disabled to work since that time, so I am care-giver and wage-earner for our family of 4 (despite the health problems, we were blessed with two miracle baby girls.) He also had his gallbladder and appendix removed and enjoys lovely side effects from that loss, as well. At any rate, I was pleased to find your team here, and give anyone who has to deal with this terrible condition praise and kudos! Looking forward to joining your forums here!
