Welcome to the team Kelly!

My name is Shari; I have been a Sparker since July 2006, I am now in hospice care for metastatic breast cancer, but I'm not letting cancer stop me from Sparking!

Promise me you'll always remember: You're braver than you believe, and stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.

Welcome to the team. We have a lot of information here, and several of us have been doing this for awhile so we can answer some questions or point you in a direction if you need more information that we can provide.

GP is a difficult condition to live with, but if you can figure out what your body wants from you and what it will tolerate, you should be able how to figure out a healthier life.

Hi All! I'm new to the group. My names Kelly, i'm in my 30's, I am currently caring for our three girls (7,5,4) and was diagnosed with gastroparesis this summer. I was fortunately fairly overweight before diagnosis, and have a good working relationship with my GP, who found me an excellent GI. Unfortunately I'm still losing weight quickly, and trying to connect what I'm eating to symptoms and discomfort. Right now I'm on a bland diet/ half liquid diet, which sucks, but really helps with the nausea/ vomitting. Anyway, figured I'd join up and share and learn!
