I work out after I get off work at least 5 days a week. I joined this group to keep me motivated to continue. I shouldn't have any excuses not to go because the gym is only a few feet from my job but I can always come up with an excuse! emoticon

I dont post here often, but I work 12hr night shifts and would love to find the motivation to work out after work (hit the gym on my way home).... You can do this!!
