Hi CathyRose!
I am a morning person - just not a morning exercise person! I'm really not one who enjoys exercising - but do enjoy biking, swimming, skiing, hiking, etc. Since it's winter, I need to find the perfect combination of "moving around" to get some exercise in each day! emoticon

I also like the premise of this team. I know I am not a morning person when it comes to exercise, and am committed to go back to the gym and combine w/home work outs during the cold weather and get healthier. I fell off the wagon a few months ago and am ready to return.
I hope this team will be the support I need to do the out AFTE/R work challenge.

Hi Cindi,
I like the premise of this team - I need all the encouragement I can get! We will do this! (o; While I have short term goals for myself, my ultimate goal is just overall better health. My mom is 83, teaches water aerobics 3 times a week, and goes to Curves 3 times a week! She is in better shape than me at 57. I want to be healthy like she is to up my chances of living a long life! She's amazing - and a wonderful role model. I'm on my way!

I like to walk/run but every Spring it's like I have to start over. Even with doing walk DVD's at home I lose some of my stamina. I've been doing to treadmill and have lowered my expectations to work on stamina and endurance and also to stay consistent. I might walk/run outside for an hour or more. I know I can't inside. I get bored easily. So, I'm sticking with 35 minutes a day. Might only be a couple of miles, but it's something. I like the premise of this team. It's exactly what I need!

Thanks for your note! I'm looking at taking a spinning class! Plus, I just downloaded SparkPeople: Total Body Sculpting! My goal is to do that twice a week, and spin twice a week! I have to get back in shape to ride this spring.

We joined our local rec center. I work long days, but I think I can do 5-6 days. I want to make the money we are paying go to good use.

I WILL work out after work! Even if it's cold outside, I'll find something I can do inside.......I'm a road bike lover, but need good weather! I WILL DO THIS!
