Welcome to our team. It seems like after work I have a lot more energy. I tend to workout not just to help me with my weight but it helps to relax me too.

And it's the perfect one for me. My job starts too early for me to work out very early in the morning, so I'm pretty much stuck with getting out for lunch walks as the weather permits, and working out at night. The problem is, I get home so bone-tired all I want to do is collapse in the chair and read Facebook! This is the challenge for me, to avoid what I call "Collapsing Syndrome." I need to remind myself that I feel more energized after working out, but when I let myself succumb to Collapsing Syndrome, I get even more fatigued! What a great idea. emoticon
