My name is Kim and I'm out of shape.

I've gained about 30 lbs over the last year and as I am rather vertically challenged, its really making a difference. I used to be able to do stairs and walk long distances without huffing and puffing. I really need to lose this excess. I used to love to exercise but now I'm sluggish and have no real motivation. My job is extremely busy and even though I don't spend a lot of time at my desk, I'm not really get enough exercise. I do try to go walking at lunch at least 3 - 4 times a week.

I have a really nice exercise room in my house with a treadmill, rowing machine, ball, free weights and videos but by the time I get home, my supper is ready and then I'm too tired to exercise. In the morning I would have to be up at 4:00 in order to have time to work out.

In July I'm going on a holiday and would at least like to at least tighten up the excess belly.

Wish me luck. Maybe by doing this challenge I will get motivated.
