Hello and welcome to our team. I do not workout at a gym, but I do at home. I have the Wii fit plus three other Wii workout programs that I use. I try to do something different everyday that way I do not get board. I do workout on my Wii everyday a minimum of 20 minutes at least. I work in the garden and I walk plus I do at least 15 minutes of just dancing. I also do the workout videos on here too. You will get your motivation back. Hang in there.

Welcome to the group! I am always changing things up in my workout to keep it interesting. It really helps that my personal trainer keeps me hopping!

Change your routine, use the elliptical instead of the treadmill. Get a new dvd or try a new class. Try pilates or TRX. I just read an article on SP about this....when boredom with your routine sets in, change it up.

It's not about how bad you want it...it's about how hard you're willing to work for it

How about some new music to listen to while you workout? Or download an exercise app for your phone that will motivate or entertain you? I have been using Zombies, Run when I am on the treadmill. The unfolding story line makes me look forward to going to the gym.

I've been slacking off at the gym. There was a point were I was going at least 4-5 days a week. I'm lucky if I even go 2x a week now. I've been getting bored of the classes and the machines. I need some motivation and determination. Someone please help me!
