Welcome to the team! This is a great place to get motivated. I don’t follow any specific diet - just try to make healthy choices (similar to Weight Watchers) and watch the calories. Exercise is mostly gym related, although I also do some of the Sparkpeople videos.

emoticon to the team glad you found us It is hard to stay motivated when you are a shift worker my shift varies daily but no grave yards for me. I have found belonging to a gym that is open 24/7 keeps me more motivated

I'm really excited to find this challange!! anything to keep me motivated in reaching my goal of "OMGosh Look at her As@ and Nice 6 Pak Girl" I'm working shift work so finding the motivation after graveyards is a challange!! Well its Monday and I am so going to do this I am looking for a 25 pound loss I am 47, 5'9" 171... 145 is my goal I will do this there is no doubt in my mind so nice to have a forum to help me with my quest and I hope I can do the same to others!! .... So what workouts and eating plans are we doing??
