Hi

I'm new to the team. I just started (again) walking after work. Last week, after a fairly long sedentary winter, I decided to make a "meet-up' activity to meet after work for a Walk and Talk. So far,I've had a few sign up,but I've been walking mostly by myself, because no one is showing up, except Art, the first time. I walk for approx 50-60 minutes, and will go a bit longer in time. Glad to have found this challenge to report to.

Welcome I like to do yoga also but the class I was going to was canceled as well as the zumba classes I'mhoping ot get back to those workouts for fun & relaxation

Hi! I'm trying to do yoga as well because I definitely need to chill after work. I do zumba twice a week and either a walk or yoga on the other days. I wish it woud warm up already!

I'm Jojo. I am so glad I found this teampage. I have such a problem working out after work. I just want to settle down, forget, or make excuses but then regret it the next day. My plans are to do some Yoga, because it's so relaxing, at least 30 minutes a day on workdays. I think I just need some motivation,so here I am.:)
