I usually go to the gym before work because I get off at midnight, but P90X will be after work.. :) You are all so motivated. I am excited that i joined! :)

You guys keep me motivated. When I read that many of you are working a 12 hour day, it makes me realize I have no excuses - I work only a regular 8 hour day so should not use tiredness as an excuse not to workout after a day at the office. I must admit, making the effort is well worth it for the most part. I find I get a second wind after working out, it releases alot of tension, and I feel happy within for having done so.

Hi, Working 12 hour shifts and working out are hard to do together. I can vough for that. I am not a morning person so have a hard time going in to work out before work. And some days am way too tired after work, but I have made it a point to go to the gym and do something for at least 10 to 15 minutes to see how hard I can push some nights i give up after 10 minutes but some nights I make it 45 or more even when I though t I was too tired. I say take it one day at a time and just keep pushing as hard as you can but know that if you tried and still feel too tired you did your best. You can do it.

My husband and I are going to start doing P90X everyday after work. We are both in the Air Force & usually work 12 hour shifts.. So it is going to be a challenge but I am motivated! If anyone has any tips on staying motivated please share! :)
