I found this website through the sparkrecipe site and I must say I love it. Everyone is so encouraging and everyone is here for the same reasons. I'm excited to be able to mark my progress here because I'll be able to keep myself motivated by seeing the changes I'm making in my lifestyle and in my weight. Good luck everyone on your journey!
