emoticon You have to get in to the habit to eat meals that will keep you satisfied. Protein keeps me quite satisfied.
After dinner I rarely eat anything I do try not to eat foods that I know to be empty calories.

I eat some fruit or some protein.

Read the articles and once you know when you can stop eating empty calories, it really helps me to not feel hungry. Pat in Maine.

So...here I am again. Really want to succeed this time - managed to lose a stone last year but since changing job roles from a shift pattern I tend to spend my evening snacking and have put it all back on which has just made me feel awful :(
